In order to participate in field trips, a custodial parent or guardian must complete and submit this form by the indicated date. CCS regrets that it is unable to accept verbal permission for field trips. If a student does not return this form by the deadline, he will remain on campus under the supervision of CCS faculty/staff until the class returns.Students in grades 7 through 12 will attend DaySpring Camp on Thursday and Friday, August 26-27.
Students should plan to arrive at school at the usual time. We will have morning classes before leaving each day. The students will return to school around 3:00 p.m. In the event of an emergency, please contact the school office at 941-756-8748. The school office will contact the camp. This form must be signed and submitted no later than Tuesday, August 24.
Lunch will be provided on both days.
Dress for the retreat is P.E. dress. P.E. dress is the same for young men and young women: shorts to the knee, dark t-shirts, and tennis shoes. Shirts should not be sleeveless. Because there will not be time to change, students should arrive at school dressed for the retreat. Students will need to bring their Bibles for the preaching sessions but should not bring phones or other mobile electronic devices to the retreat. Please contact your child’s classroom teacher with any questions about the retreat.
