When man was created, he was made in God’s image. But that image was marred by sin, and now the image of God within man is corrupted. God’s desire is for that image to be restored within every man. That restoration process begins when a person rejects the sinful state that corrupts and turns to Jesus Christ as the only hope of restoration and salvation. Salvation is the beginning of the journey toward Christlikeness within every believer. We begin to be changed from the corrupt glory of fallen man into the perfect glory of Christ.
This year we have chosen From Glory to Glory as the theme for our school. Every student, staff member, and family should be growing in that image of God toward Christlikeness. We trust that the goal of each parent is that their child is growing from the glory of the corrupt sin nature toward the glory of the nature of Christ. May God help us to grow and to help others to grow “from glory to glory.”
