What We Believe...
  1. The Bible is our only authority and rule for what we believe and how we live. II Tim. 3:16-17, II Pet. 1:20-21
  2. The one true God exists eternally in the persons of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit– one God in three persons. Deut. 6:4, Heb. 1:8, Acts 5:3-4, Matt. 28:19
  3. Jesus Christ is God and has existed coequally with the Father and the Holy Spirit forever. John 1:1,18; Titus 2:13
  4. The Holy Spirit is God and has existed coequally with the Father and the Son forever. We believe that the sign gifts of the Spirit (miracles, tongues, healing) are not for today. Acts 5:3-4, I Cor. 13:8
  5. Satan is a real being who is God’s archenemy. Rev. 12:9
  6. Every person is a sinner descended from the first man and woman—Adam and Eve. Salvation and the forgiveness of sin are based completely on God’s grace. Rom. 3:23, 5:17-18; Eph. 2:8-9
  7. All the redeemed, once saved, are kept forever by the power of God and are thus secure in Christ forever. Eph. 1:13; John 6:37, 17:11
  8. Children need an education which trains them to delight in the Law of the Lord. Psalm 1:2
  9. Heaven and Hell are real places where people go. Rev. 20:14-15, Dan. 12:2, John 5:24
